Opry member Brad Paisley extended a generous invite to Post Malone to make his Grand Ole Opry debut at a star-studded event on August 14. Paisley shared a warm personal message for Posty in an Instagram video: “So what I’m about to ask is going to mean a lot to you I think, knowing you and knowing the respect you have for country music, and this journey that you’re embarking on now as a hillbilly singer, which is gonna be massive and remarkable and amazing. Would you like to play the Opry? Come play it with me in August. Total invite, and it’s gonna be the first of many appearances I have a feeling for you.” Lainey Wilson, Vince Gill, the War and Treaty, John Michael Montgomery, and Paisley himself will all share the stacked bill that night. Post Malone’s Grand Ole Opry debut will come only two days before he releases his hotly-anticipated new album, F-1 Trillion. (Holler)
